Q. Can I order multiple books and send them to different locations?

At this time, we are unable to ship an order to different locations. To send to multiple addresses, you will need to create a new order, per address.

Q. How long does it take to receive the book?

Standard shipping takes 4-9 business days to receive a domestic shipment and 2-4 weeks to receive an international shipment. Rates and options will show up in your order form.


Q. Can I add a gift message?

We have not implemented this feature, yet. However, you are able to use the format below (in the ship-to address field) to have a ‘from name’ added to both the shipping label and packing slip.

Q. Can I order wholesale?

You sure can! Please send an email here and write “Wholesale order” in the subject line. We require a minimum of 5 copies to get special wholesale pricing.

Q. What age group is this book for?

We recommend it for 1-6 year olds, or for anyone who is a fussy eater. As we know, picky eaters can be adults too!

Quite a few of our customers have purchased the book solely for themselves, as the books are a great source of inspiration for anyone, male or female, child or adult : )

Q. Are there any extra fees?

We never charge for anything other than the amount shown during checkout and listed in your order confirmation.

When additional fees appear on your banking statement, it usually has to do with one of two things:

The first is that there are some banks who will still charge you a small Foreign Transaction Fee or International Processing Fee for making purchases from businesses in other countries. Even though we try to keep things simple and efficient by charging you in your local currency, some banking institutions will still charge a small fee for shopping with an internationally based company. This is something we have no control over — it’s solely up to the discretion of your bank and having to do with your account and card type.

The second is that our payment provider, Paypal, like most payment providers, will occasionally place a very small “test” charge to check the validity of an account. This is often applied to each attempt you’ve made to checkout, so if you tried to check out multiple times before the transaction finally completed; it may show more than once. This charge is most often immediately refunded or cleared from your statement, however, and should not be showing after 48-72 business hours.

Q. Is there additional sales tax?

We’re required to charge an additional sales tax for only certain locations.

If your order is one that is sales tax applicable, you’ll see the additional amount listed on the final stage of check out, just before entering any payment details.

Can I request a VAT receipt?

We don’t usually include receipts or billing information with our orders, the order confirmation email we send you after your purchase already contains all the most important information.

However, if you do require an invoice for tax purposes we can issue you with a VAT receipt on request.

To request a VAT receipt, simply get in touch using our email and state your order number. Our Support Angels will get back to you as soon as possible with a tax invoice in PDF format.

Q. How much is shipping?

We offer multiple options during checkout, for standard delivery or express delivery. The price for shipping depends on where in the world you’re shipping to, and how many items are in your basket.

Once you’ve entered in your delivery details, you’ll be able to select your preferred shipping option, and see the cost for each. These details will be shown before entering in any payment details.
